I was quoted $275 to come out and pump my septic tank, he came out, and the tank was completely full so he had to go empty the truck, and pump some more, and Hydro jetted the line to make sure it was clear, somehow it went from $275 to $1825, I’m on for Paying a fair price, but that is extremely excessive. I called To discuss the bill and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, and said that the field supervisor would call me and never did. Not a pleasant experience, would not recommend
What was quoted as a $200 simple tank pumping turned into $450 real quick based on “needing to mix solids” being pumped out of a septic tank. I was told this was because it’s a “nightmare” if they don’t do this. Is that not the job? I had no internal backup and my intake had previously been cleared. This was non-emergency septic tank maintenance. I had a horrible experience because I felt deceived and would not recommend this company. They use the normal, disrespectful upsale/upcharge/scare tact
