I also reached out about the leak in the roof and was told it was outside the 1 year warranty. Semco did a major repair on a box window, some other trim repair, power washed and painted all the trim on our home. They are great people to work with and did an excellent professional job at a very competitive price.

SEMCO remodeled our home in 2024.
