Downgraded to three stars because they won't take returns if you don't have the original packaging. It's not like they can't sell it. Just put a sku on it put it back on the shelf. Won't let you use their bathroom. I think they're used to the flow of tourist and lost touch with customer satisfaction. I felt taken for granted. They've lost my patronage.
