One of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Five months ago they sold me a home automation package for my new construction house. It's still not operational. I don't know how many times I've called, complained, begged, tried to get anyone to figure the issues out and get it taken care of. All they tell me is that they sell the equipment but they aren't responsible for the install. When i suggested they should have their own vetted electricians, they just say "we do 900

I had security and home automation installed last week by security first. Bill came out to my home and was thorough. They were very professional and courteous. Pam was so nice in getting me scheduled.

SFHI installed my home theater in my new home. From my meeting with Rich to my install with Kenny, they were great 👍 I would recommend them for audio needs.
