John V of Secure Locks was fabulous to work with! I had 2 keys programed for my 2024 Acura. I had lost the only fob so my car was stuck in the garage, locked. Secure Locks agreed to drive out on a Sunday to the far southwest suburbs to code 2 fobs and cut the manual keys. John was very professional, keeping me updated on his arrival time and then in explaining an issue that occurred with coding “ the driver 2” fob. He offered a solution; to leave me one working key fob and then return
