After requesting a bid, they promptly sent someone to my home to measure my windows and show me fabric samples - great! I was promised I'd get a quote "soon" but it never came. I wrote followup emails to Seattle Custom Blinds asking when I'd get a quote so we could move forward. At first I got "you'll get one later today" which didn't happen, and later they stopped replying to me completely. It's now been 6 weeks and I've given up and used another company.
