Have used these guys for two properties now. The reports are detailed, clean, and easy to read. The office staff is really responsive and accommodating - I had to reschedule this appointment twice because of my agent having scheduling issues and they were super helpful in getting that done for us. Scott was our inspector this time he was thorough and a funny dude, was nice having him as our inspector. I'll be using Sea to Sky for all future home inspections.

They were very thorough in my home inspection for purchase, including sewer lines and pool, even crawling under a tight crawl space. They provided useful information for my purchase decision, were knowledgable, and nice to work with. I highly recommend them.
