I bought a car from Rabih. There was an unfortunate failure of the transmission after purchase but Rabih took care of the problem.

Unfortunately, it was not too good. I stopped to top of a rental car, told him to fill it and also told him it was a rental. He proceeded to top of the tank for an extra buck. I even gave him a dollar tip. Where I live, there is no self-serve... it was bizzare. So I suggest saying do not top off.
