Two years ago, Dylan and his wife Martha came and installed a Lift Master garage door opener. The Lift Master is great and has been a big help. At that time, they were just the nicest people, straight forward, and fast working. Two years later and I hit the garage door while backing out--the garage door opener worked fine!--it was my error. I sent an email to them explaining what I had done and the state of the garage door. It was around 10pm and to my surprise I received a prompt response. 16 h
