Although I wish she wouldn’t call me ‘honey,’ she was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with which I appreciated. Then, date of the appointment, Jaime repaired two windows and a door with impressive speed, less than 30 min I believe. Their work wasn’t just fast, it was well done and came with a great 1 year warranty. I liked Jaime’s efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism.
