NEGATIVE 5 stars: Unprofessional, disorganized, and arrogant. I contacted this company regarding an inspection for a property in the $2M range. After an unpleasant initial phone call, they followed up with a useless email containing broken links and no pricing information. When I asked for clarification, they had the audacity to lecture me about not working with "low-ball shoppers." HUGE FAIL this strategy to insult a client’s budget when you haven't even demonstrated the technical competence
