It is always a pleasure to have Brandon come. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful in explaining the system. We have depended on their fast service for many years.

Jack came out to check the heat pump, it was throwing cool air for about 20 minutes instead of heat. He checked everything out and is operating well. Jack explained it may have been an extra long defrost cycle that caused the cool air. I am happy with the explanation and nothing is wrong with the heat pump. He did a thorough evaluation and that is one of the reasons I like this company. Schiller is the best.
