I would like to know in advance when you will be coming to treat my tree. I have questions and would like to see how you actually treat my Japanese maple. I live in a gated community with a guard who notifies me when I have a guest or repair service. I was home and never called, so I want to know how your horticulturist was able to pass through the guard gate. I'm paying alot for your service and I would like to be sure your service is rendered. I don't think that's too much to request.

We've had two treatments so far and our tree seems to be showing signs of improvement.
