Great experience with a flexible, highly skilled and artistic team of three arborists. Dave Robb, Clay Taylor and Joe originally came in to thin our fir trees which they did with precision and no mess. They listened carefully and acted promptly on some special requests that I had. No hesitation or rolling of the eyes just an obvious desire to deliver what we were looking for. It's fun to watch these three work together as a nimble and responsive team. Watch out for overly aggressive sales practices. I ordered a disease treatment last year. The small text at the bottom made it a recurring order.

Very disappointing experience—I would not use this company again. Earlier this month, a tree fell on our property, and the inspector they sent initially estimated the removal cost to be around $4,000–$5,000. However, without clearly explaining any additional charges or changes, the final bill ended up exceeding $8,000. The lack of transparency and communication makes this feel scammed.
