Received a flyer in the mail and gave them a call, wasn’t sure what to expect. Talked to Phillip for about 45 minutes and he was very helpful breaking down all my questions about why my settlement bill was so high last year. Calculated all the numbers for me to see and came up with different possibilities of why my usage went up. It did not feel like a sales call at all. Definitely worth setting up an appointment.
