They were very quick to accommodate us because we were at the end of our inspection period.The owner Luke came out to the property that we are trying to purchase and gave us a quote for the work that it needed. Luke is very knowledgeable and sincere. He gave us much needed advice and even offered to teach us how to maintain our own roof if we bought the house.
