We are so happy that we got Bob for this Job! One of our handrails felt shaky and I asked Bob to check it out. While he was on his way over I rememberd a missing baluster on another staircase. Good thing Bob checked out the handrail because one piece of hardware was broken! That would have been quite dangerous. Now the handrail and the baluster are both perfect!
