Tech Josh McDonald came to my house to check my a/c unit in my garage. I had some water dripping in the unit where my air filter is locating. Josh was very knowledgeable and very courteous! Per inspection, he told me I had alot of gunk inside that was causing the dripping of water. He then cleaned all the gunk out and really made the a/c unit better. He gave me his business card because I'm going to use him next time for any a/c and heating needs!!

I don’t post on this much, if at all. But I feel I need to alert all that Samm’s Heating and Air is under new ownership and is certainly not providing the service it once did. We have used them since 2018 and referred friends, neighbors and family to them. They have always been terrific. But our last routine maintenance on 5/15/26 resulted in our large AC system not working. We called and were told we could schedule an appointment for 5/21/26. We certainly expected they would send someone to us
