I have to revise my review. Yesterday I had working AC. After inspection it would no longer turn on. I paid $350 for a $45 part after already being on their monthly member plan. I’m sure I got “10% off.” It took five minutes to change the part. The technician left. Took us an hour or so to realize the AC wasn’t working even after the repair.
