They are the only authorized installers for Home Depot. Customer service was so awful that I had to call Home Depot for a full refund. It was so awful that I will pay more money to some other company rather than deal with such rude and unprofessional customer service representatives. This was unacceptable and I pray the calls were actually recorded.

Richard Nolen was absolutely outstanding in doing my toilet replacement. He was on time and dedicated his time while at my home to taking care of the entire job. He kept me informed every step of the way and when a problem arose he came to me and talked the issue and repairs needed to my complete satisfaction. Seth came out today to replace my water heater which had gone out and my warranty company was no help. Thank goodness for Home Depot and same day water heater . Seth did great and installed my new water heater, answered my questions. Call them if u want same day service !!! Thank you.

We used same-day water heater replacement through Home Depot and our initial installation there were a few issues after conversations with Danny he sent a gentleman by the name of Brad who came out to our home and redid some of the piping and did an outstanding job and we are 100% satisfied
