Salazar tested our water before we purchased our house & told us they would let us know if there was a problem. Even though the report saying that our well tested positive for coliform was available the next day from the lab, they failed to communicate the findings to us until a month later when we had already purchased the home. 1. We needlessly drank contaminated water for a month 2. If they had told us when they got the results, the home seller would have been responsible for remediating the
