It was offensive to me and extremely unprofessional to cancel an appointment for being 10 to 15 mins late. Even government agencies give a 15 minute grace period. Not recommended as it was a waste of my time, lots of unnecessary back on forth which shows lack of expertise, and they clearly avoid communication in writing which could help them manipulate the fine print on the contract.
