I watched a gentleman use his work vehicle to essentially instigate road rage toward another driver today. There was a gentleman driving a Tesla and this companies driver (in the HOV lane by the way) in van numbered 101 was behind this guy probably an inch away from his bumper, and continued doing that for about 2 miles.
