he was a nice guy when he came out for the quote but we had a scheduled appointment for friday and on the day of our appointment he didn’t provide a time frame, wasn’t responding to any of my texts or calls, and didn’t show up. I hope he’s ok! Maybe he just didn’t want to do it but in that case he should’ve just communicated that so I could get a different plumber, as it was a time sensitive leak and I fear his lack of communication could cost me more damage to repair.
