I had a problem come up with my water heater on my travel trailer. Called in and had a warrantied replacement shipped out within the hour. I spoke with Alyssa and Kayla though their warranty department; best customer service I have gotten in a long time. Good job RVMP I am really impressed.

Do not do warranty repairs for this company! They will not pay you! They do not pay their contractors. They preach online about taking care of their customers and working with dealers/repair shops to get your generator fixed. This is not true! They do not pay the company that does the work to get your generator fixed. Their generators are junk compared to Onan and Generac.
