Russell and Sons did a great job on giving us all the options on our furnace replacement. They went out of their way to make sure we understood everything. They came on time and their prices were very reasonable. Daniel and Mannix did a great job and both had a great attitudes.

They did a great job installing my cooler, the problem was them on my roof at 7:00 am yelling at each other and using the “F” word ! This is a residential area not some industrial site away from people! Many neighbors were wondering what was going on! We have children at every house that could hear the awful language! Like I said, the work so far has been good, they need to educate their mouths!

Unprofessional. They arrived two hours late for our initial meeting. No introductions or apologies. Haven't received the quote yet. Not surprised.
