The overall experience with the Rusmur staff was excellent, from working with Heather Corey, our sales rep, to scheduling the two installs with Brad to the actual installation by Marcos. I was truly impressed with the low pressure, wonderful range of carpeting options, positive support, excellent communication, as well as the professionalism of everyone we worked with.
