AC capacitor went out on a Sunday afternoon. Wasn’t likely going to make it to ACE in time before they closed at 5. Called the store and spoke with Grant. Told him my situation and that I was on my way to the store. He pulled the capacitor from the shelf and waited at the door to let me in and buy it right as the store closed at 5. Great customer service.
