My water heater broke a few weeks ago. I called Dossey Plumbing and they arrived with a new water heater the next day. They were very polite and professional throughout the process. They explained everything that they were going to do before proceeding. Once the new unit was installed they explained how it worked in case we needed to make any temperature adjustments.
