I'm the widow of a plumber & I'm so glad to have found a good, honest, family owned business to help me out. It was just a clogged kitchen sink but they made it out sooner than expected & took care of it quickly. Thank you so much Andy & thank you Mike for showing up as well to make sure I got taken care of. I called them on a Monday they said they'd be out to fix my water leak on Wednesday around 3:00 I called several times on Wednesday to confirm the time.And now it's Thursday and I haven't seen them since or they haven't answered their phone very unprofessional. A call back would have been nice or even answered their phone not every using them.

Brand new 2 story house from Century Complete. Route 66 was the plumber used. The bathroom upstairs had leakage. Jennifer the owner had denied of any damage and blamed it on the owners until one of the century complete staff had admitted something was loose or had forgotten to be installed. I have a video of the leakage while it was being repaired as the insulation was soaked with water while it was being carried outside. We just had found out no records of the incident was documented. We needed to replace the water main line and repipe our 100 + year old house. Route 66 Plumbing came out and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The were profession and friendly. Went above and beyond. Also cleaned up nicely.
