Jordan was our plumber that sent from Roto Rooter and the service that he provided was impeccable. He was timely, extremely professional, and extremely thorough in making sure that the valve replacements that he did were perfect. Roto Rooter needs to clone Jordan or use him as a model employee to train others! Overall, we are very pleased.

Jordan arrived at my home in a very timely manner. He did his best to repair the damage to my water pipe despite the many challenges of having to go underneath the house inside of a crawl space that even a small child would find hard to fit in. He was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and made sure I understood all of the options. Jordan was very friendly and I would definitely use him again for any future repairs.
