Our regular plumber couldn't come out to help with our broken outdoor faucet until the next day. We couldn't get the outdoor water valve to shut so I was in panic mode. My sister has used Roto-rooter with good results so we called and had a very positive response. They were able to send Sam over in a few hours. He took care of the problem in the cold and dark. He contacted the utility company for our outdoor valve repair and found a water shutoff at the back of my house. What a relief! He
