Bill was my technician today and he was amazing! Why? Because he took the time to explain what the problem was, what the options were, what his professional opinion was and what the pros and cons were of each decision available to me. In other words, he educated me versus selling me. Forget the fact that the price was reasonable, it was well worth my cost to learn from him.

It was well worth the money having polite professional technicians clear my drain. Stephan was great! Knowing more about my drains will help me avoid future blockages.

The gentleman that came out and snaked my bathroom sink was wonderful. The price tag just short of $400 with a coupon for a 15 min job from start to finish is sickening.
