To all potential customers. Please please STAY AWAY from them. Daniel Webb is a field supervisor. He created a fake emergency stating our basement was flooded with sewage water, made us panic, took advantage of us and charged 8k for repairs. Insurance adjuster confirmed this was not needed. I called roto rooter and no response of accountability !! Stay away stay away !!!

I was giving many updates on when they would arrive. Came in ready to go. Very a patient as I needed to work out things on my end first. Worked quickly and professionally

Paid $350 for an issue which was not addressed. Toilet still leaking. Paid a different plummer who charged another $250 but leak is now gone. So $600 for a basic toilet leak. Never using Roto rooter again.
