All house drains were backed up. Kenrrick came, removed a toilet, cleared drains, and reinstalled the toilet. He explained each step before he did it. When he finished, Fletcher came after to borascope the plumbing to find what the causes were. He found holes, roots, and calcium build up. With live pictures as proof, he made it easier to understand the issues.
