Van did excellent work — quick, honest, and professional. Our house is a 1940 original with an upstairs bathroom that had defeated a handyman for three days. The toilet was old, the pipe position unusual, and he gave up without fixing it. Van showed up, assessed the situation immediately, rode with me to Lowe's to find exactly the right toilet, and had it installed within an hour. I'd avoided calling Roto-Rooter for years trying to save money. That was a mistake. Van is the real deal.
