Alex was wonderful! He was very friendly, explained everything he was doing, and got the job done efficiently. He even went out and bought the part we needed, to make sure the job was done the same day. It was greatly appreciated that he came out so quickly and fixed the issue with our toilet. The price was also very affordable! I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again and recommend Alex for anyone make an appointment.

At 9:30 at night I had a faucet stop working. It wouldn't shut off. Turning off the water to the whole house was not an option. A local plumber we use didn't answer my distress call. Roto Rooter and plumber Jeremiah to the rescue. He knew right away the two possible things it could be. He was fast, organized and clean. He even checked to make sure that turning the water off temporarily didn't mess my hot water heater up....it has in the past. My house is temperamental! My only suggestion it t
