Excellent and professional service! I love this family owned business and will absolutely use them again. I saved this beautiful antique rug from a home because it was going to be thrown away. It was so filthy and dogs had peed on it for years. It was disgusting!! Sam (extremely knowledgable and kind) picked it up (and returned!) in Alameda, repaired some frayed edging and thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and removed all pet odor. He completely restored it for its next 100 years. Absolutely amazing
