Your guys that came out to install a toilet that your worker broke had new lines that he brought in for when he installed the new toilet. That line could have been faulty. We had this company come out after a reference from another company we use for our heating and ac. 1st tech came out 3/12 tried to fix our clog in the kitchen sink... somehow managed to get the tool used to clear the line, into our toilet line and broke our toilet. Supervisor called my husband and informed him there were sending the tech back out with a senior tech to fix the clog and replace our now broken toilet. We had a major sewer line backup for one of our customers that many companies turned down to step in and help because it was "too difficult". That's when we called Root 24 Hrs Plumbing and they dispatched a crew right away. They were able to clean out the pipe with a special grabbing tool and saved us in a pinch. These guys are nothing short of the best and very professional. Would highly recommend!
