I'm a landlord/property manager with several homes in the Springs. I haven't used RoofTec yet because, thankfully, I haven't needed a new roof, but Jon Prosch spent a day with me looking at the roof of each one of my properties, analyzing their current state and pointing out likely points of failure. I was able to make some small repairs on my own, and now that I've established a relationship with a roofer I like, I'll be ready when I need the roof replaced.
