I was recently housesitting in Carlsbad when I locked myself out of the house. I called Ron and he showed up 20min later! Great guy, very polite and got the door open lightening fast! Price was fine for me. I don’t know what the going rate is, but I was very happy with the quick service. No damage done to the door.
