hi, would just like to report one of your drivers because i think it’s relevant. 12/4 2:40 pm I-8 east gets on an exit ramp to exit the freeway, stops, turns around onto the white striped neutral area expecting to just go 0-60 during rush hour traffic into the right lane. slam my breaks but ultimately pass because i had no idea if they were just gonna start going right in front of me and they get off on the next exit. was literally like that one family guy scene except they picked the wrong exit
