-If I could give negative stars I would.- I called and asked for a quote on unclogging a drain, he insisted on coming to my house without info "for a service call" as soon as I asked if he was going to charge or give a estimate he instantly became rude told me I was wasting his time and hung up. I've dealt with this guy before and he's super unprofessional and told me he was going to double charge me for the service call and the city because their contractor damaged the line.

Excellent! After wasting time with another plumber that spend all day and then blamed clogged drain on the City, I called Romero plumbing and even though he was very busy he made time to fit me in his schedule. In 20 minutes the clog was cleared. Call a professional, call Romero.

Do not hire this guy he ripped off my mother-in-law 7,000 on the bathroom and still did not finish didn't even buy any new material for it left all his garbage in my backyard don't waste your money with him and he took almost 4 months to even finish it and he was never here a fulls day work seriously dude you suck. If i could give him a 0 star I would. I let my landlords know about a leak in my bathroom. Chuck and another guy came out not once but twice. They were here maybe 2 hours tops and did not come close to fixing the issue! Not only did they charge my landlords over 500 bucks they also would not answer their phone calls or return their calls....do not use this company if you want the job done right! Horrible way to conduct business in a small town...word of mouth spreads!
