Roger retired, now awful service. Don't use. Many clients left.

I did use this company for about 30 years. Roger is a great guy and provides a great service. Sadly his son Jay has taken over and he is the opposite of his father brining the quality of the company down with him. I think Roger is around but if you have to deal with Jay I suggest you run!

Called to ask if they could do some renovations on our pool, gave our location and they said it was too far away. We are only 12 miles away up Georgia Ave. They won't travel 12 miles for a large renovation job in the same county where they are located?
