My wife and I had Florencios company replace some deck steps outside of our back patio door. We had some issues we ran into, but Florencios communication was great the entire time and handled everything in a professional manner. We love the new steps, and pricing seemed very fair. As a contractor myself, I’d recommend the overall experience, and feel he really does stick by his installs, I feel very few contractors uphold this standard anymore.
