Koby provided my monthly services this morning and did an excellent job as always. She shared important information with me regarding the activity on the left side of my house and the probability of it may be a result of my neighbor gutting out his bathroom recently (which I shared with him). We had ongoing rat issues in our attic and had already tried a few pest control companies without real results. Then we called Rodent Expertz. Eli was great. He personally went up into the attic, identified exactly where the rats were accessing the home, and clearly explained the problem. The very next day, he returned with his team. They cleaned out the attic thoroughly and sealed the entry points properly. Professional, responsive, and effective.
