First, Laura, the account representative was very knowledgeable. Next, the product is superior and of exceptional quality. Further, David, the installer, was very professional and efficient. Overall, from start to finish, I would give this company a, on.a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, a 10+ out of 10.

Through Home Depot, Rockwood Shutters has a partnership. This company is horrible. The sale lady came to sign the contract on February 3, 2026, for only four (4) windows. It took for ever. On February 22, 2026, they came to measure the windows. On March 29, 2026, the installer came, and was not able to install the blinds, as he didn't have the proper tools. The four (4), blinds were not installed to April 5th, 2026. In the meantime, I had to pay the first billing from home depot, and the blind
