We reached out to Rock for the works - gutters, carpentry, and painting for a two story house. Our estimate meeting was with the owner and everything went very well. After our meeting is when things went south. A week after our meeting we still hadn’t received the revised quote we were told we were going to receive so we had to call to request it. If needed, we’ll be reaching out to them again. 10/02/25 update: We noticed some places where paint was missing, so we sent a text message with some photos. Squirrels were eating our facia which was definitely NOT a warranty issue, but they sent someone out and touched it up for us. Wow. Amazing service.
