Two times in the past few weeks I’ve seen trucks loaded up with gravel or some type of rock heavy dirt driving down the 440 in Raleigh without the tarps down over the load. First time my windshield got a crack when I was two lanes over trying to pass because the whole three lanes were getting peppered, luckily it was small enough to fix for free but those loads need the tarps on the trucks lowered down
