They do not take the time and cover things that should be covered I have 3 big things that were damaged and not because of the roads or what ever excuse they use but because they weren’t covered and were scratched, dented legs off cabinet and door hanging . Brand new smoker bar b q dented and scratched. My husband gun safe scratched and paint scratches from what ever they had by it just because it wasn’t covered. They take your money and then just don’t care.

Was booked well in advanced. Said they would be there at 9:30. Called at 1 saying truck broke down. I said I had to move that afternoon. Said he couldn’t get a rental (he was the new supervisor hired to straighten things up). Promised 8 am next day. I booked 3 men but said he only had 2 and they would be fine. Never called or showed up or answered any calls. They should be put out of business. We are close to 70 and had to get a Uhaul truck and load a 5 bedroom home with some I experienced but

No show after several confirmations including less than 24 hrs before the move. No call back after three separate calls and voice mails when moving day came and they were a no show. Do Not Use!
